Purchasing online

Here are a few simple steps to order online:

Placing orders

1. Select the colour and quantity of an item you would like to purchase.
2. Click “add to bag”.
3. A pop up message will appear to acknowledge that you have added an item into your shopping bag.
4. Click "Continue" to continue shopping and click "Cart" to go to checkout.
5. Click “Checkout” and follow the prompts to complete your transaction.
6. Check that your orders and personal details are correct to ensure prompt delivery of your purchases.
7. Once you’ve successfully placed your order you'll be sent an email confirming your order.
8. Contact Bardot Junior online immediately (03 9420 7900) and quote your order number if you have entered your personal information incorrectly.

Order confirmation

Once you have placed an order with us we’ll send you two (2) emails.
1. The first is an order confirmation. This will be sent immediately after you’ve placed your order. It will detail your transaction.
2. The second email will be sent when we ship your order.

Payment options

We accept Visa, Mastercard and paypal payments.

Credit card and ID verification

For security purposes Bardot Junior is entitled to request credit card verification. This may be done by the customer sending Bardot Junior a photocopy of the front and back of their credit card and driver's license.  Otherwise Bardot Junior reserves the right to cancel the order and process a refund if necessary.
