By entering the “Bardot Junior Spree in Paree” promotion (the “Competition”) organised by Bardot Clothing Pty Ltd ABN 61 074 147 434 of 63 VICTORIA CRESCENT ABBOTSFORD (the “Promoter”), you will accept and are bound by the following terms and conditions.

To enter, an Entrant must be a Bardot Junior VIP member or become a member throughout the entering of the competition. There is no charge to become a member. The Entrant is required to complete the online entry form at www.bardot.com.au. Entrants will be required to provide their details, including but not limited to their name, address, postcode, email address, and telephone number.  Incomplete, misdirected or illegible entries will be ineligible. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

Entrants Entry is open to all permanent residents of Australia aged 18 or over, except people who have won a competition with Bardot or Bardot Junior within the last 12 months. Employees of Bardot their immediate families and their associated agencies and companies associated with the promotion are also ineligible.

The competition commences on 1 March 2010, at 9.00am EST and concludes on 31 March 2010, at 5.30pm EST.

The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be chosen on 1 April 2010 at 12.00pm (EST) at Bardot Head Office, 63 VICTORIA CRESCENT ABBOTSFORD, VIC, in its absolute discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.  Bardot reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database, and NOT at the time of transmission by the Entrant.

The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.

Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of the prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse at any time during and after the competition to allow a winner to take part in any and/or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that a winner: (i) is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize; and/or (ii) is refusing to abide by and not co-operating with the prize offered. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual or Entrant who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

The winners will be notified by email and phone on the numbers provided by the Entrant.

Prizes and values are as follows: Total value of prize is a $1000 (RRP) Bardot Junior voucher to be redeemed at any Bardot Junior store or at the Bardot Junior online store: www.bardotjunior.com.au. In the case of buying product online the winner is to deal directly with Sarah Murphy or a Bardot Head Office member, before making ANY transactions. Sarah Murphy or the Bardot Head Office Member will provide a one-on-one service, ensuring the customer can redeem the total value of their prize within no more than 4 transactions, within one month. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The prize value is in Australian dollars and includes GST. Prize voucher is valid for one month from the date of issue.

The winner releases the Promoter and other organisers, their related bodies corporate, affiliates, officers, agents and employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, the prize. Without limiting the foregoing, the released parties not be liable for any injury, sickness or death, property loss or damage or other direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind, howsoever sustained or incurred, in connection with or arising out any other aspect of the prize.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

All winning entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the Entrants' names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid.  The Entrant may advise the Promoter that the Entrant does not wish to be contacted in this regard.

In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take part and/or all of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then part and/or or all of the prize is forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of part and/or all of the prize.
